Does $29 include all eight chapters?
Yes. One $29 payment includes all eight personalized chapters as they are released. Chapter 1 will be available for Grandparents Day, with Founding Family early access targeted for September 12, 2026. Chapters 2–8 are included and will follow according to the published Founding Edition schedule.
Who can use it?
One child age 3–10 and one grown-up with an earlier childhood to share—a grandparent, parent or another caring grown-up.
What makes ago:again different from a memory journal?
Each chapter starts with a true memory and a question children would not think to ask: Wait—your phone was attached to the wall? What happened if nobody answered? The grown-up tells what was true in their family. The child compares life now. Then they make something new together. Any era detail ago:again supplies is source-backed and kept separate from personal memory.
Can I give it as a gift, and what happens after I buy?
We’d love that! Choose “Yes” when checkout asks if it is a gift, then add the adult recipient’s name, email and an optional note. After checkout, you’ll receive a personalized Founding Edition announcement you can print, save as a PDF and use to announce your gift. We do not contact the recipient at checkout. Their private Chapter 1 access will be sent when it is ready for Grandparents Day, with Founding Family early access targeted for September 12, 2026.
Do they have to be together in person?
No. Every printable chapter can be completed during a visit, over FaceTime or by exchanging printed pages through the mail. There is no physical shipment.

What is the refund policy?
A full refund, with no reason required, is available if requested within 14 calendar days after Chapter 1 is delivered.
What family information is collected, and what happens to photographs?
Checkout collects adult purchaser details and, for a gift, the adult recipient’s name, email and optional note. No child information is collected at checkout. When the experience opens, the adult provides only the details needed for personalization. Child photographs are not requested; an optional grown-up childhood photograph stays on the device. Personal information is not sold and is shared only with service providers needed to process the order and deliver the experience.
